Pick your program

Individual Coaching

One-on-one coaching sessions are available to meet the needs of individual players at times that are most convenient for them and their families. Our staff will put together a unique plan for all training levels. While group training is ideal, allowing players to learn to work together and grow as a team, sometimes targeted training is needed to optimize a player's abilities.

Semi-Group

max 9 athletes

Semi-group training sessions are kept intimate (no more than 9 athletes) so that coaching staff can focus on growing the skills necessary to excel in basketball in every player. Both individual and team training game situation drills are introduced and mastered such as; pick and roll, screening, cutting, reading defenses, ball handling and passing.

Group Training

most affordable

Group training is our most affordable package and typically used as an intro to the Marston Athletics program. Using a disciplined approach to exercises and drills, that maximizes use of all senses, athletes are taught to develop their individual skills. The advantage of being able to monitor a teammates' progress and learn from their strengths and weaknesses is also a huge component of this program. Scrimmage games are often a technique used in group training to prepare athletes, for not only the game, but how to work together in unison. Teaching a method called the "three dribble rule," students are mentored in sharing the court and uplifting their fellow athletes.

Team Training

Team training is available upon request at our facilities, or most often at your home court. Providing a fresh perspective and voice to your existing program often creates a new level of performance and drive in your athletes. We work in partnership with coaches to take their teams to the next level, focus on specific areas and make recommendations and suggestions that go hand-in-hand with the existing coaching style and players on your team. By the end of our time together, we find that teams become more excited and collaborative.
